Tom is a seasoned expert in product development, manufacturing, and sourcing, specializing in the medical device, drug delivery, MedTech, durable medical equipment, and wellness industries. 

With extensive experience guiding both established organizations and early-stage innovators, Tom helps individuals (often physician entrepreneurs), brand teams, and organizations navigate the complex journey from concept to commercialization. His expertise spans intellectual property (IP) development, product design, efficacy-driven design integration, material sourcing, and outsourced manufacturing.

Over the course of his career, Tom has been granted over 100 U.S. patents, including 60+ in medical technology, a testament to his passion for distinctive, break-through innovation and problem-solving capabilities. His work has led to the successful launch of over 50+ medical products in orthopedic, regenerative, neurological, and pain management. These products have been marketed by prominent medical device companies and internationally recognized healthcare systems.

Tom holds a bachelor's degree in both business and engineering, an MBA, and a master's in engineering systems. He currently collaborates with Six Bridges Advisors, where his work continues to empower innovators in the medical and wellness sectors to bring their visionary products to market.
